The Owlet
Social media growth infrastructure, moving toward a workspace creators operate from.
Growth online is infrastructure, and infrastructure is unevenly distributed. Creators, small businesses and agencies all need the same underlying capability — reach, distribution, the ability to be found — but the systems that provide it were built elsewhere, priced elsewhere, and paid for with instruments many people do not have.
A wallet, a catalogue of services, and a fulfilment layer between the buyer and a supply network. On top of that, resellers can run their own storefronts on the same infrastructure — so the platform is not only a place to buy, it is a place other businesses are built from.
The interesting shift is away from buying isolated services and toward an environment a creator actually works in. Growth, Vault, Planner, Pods: less a shop, more a workspace.
At tens of millions of orders, almost nothing that matters is the feature. It is the reconciliation, the refund path, the case where a supplier says one thing and the ledger says another. A rule that is correct on the success path and absent on the failure path is not a rule.
